Aims to provide members of the public with a list of registered builders who provide an insurance backed guarantee on the quality and standard of their work. The Small Works scheme will cover a large range of general and specialist building works including but not restricted to; Glazing, Electrical, Roofing, Joinery, Plumbers, Renovations, Extentions and Refurbishments.
